At Kora Culture, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their eligible order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unworn.
- The item must be in its original condition.
- Original tags and packaging must be included.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Kora Culture reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if:
- The item arrives damaged.
- You received the wrong product.
- Items are missing from your order.
Please include your order number and photos of the issue when contacting us.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective).
4. Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size, we may offer an exchange subject to stock availability.
To qualify:
- The item must be unused and in original condition.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the error was made by Kora Culture.
5. Return Process
To request a return or exchange:
- Contact our support team with your order number.
- Provide details and photos if applicable.
- Wait for return authorization instructions.
- Ship the approved item to the designated return address.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect item, defective product, or an error made by Kora Culture.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing may take up to 7–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
