At Kora Culture, we strive to deliver your football kits and apparel quickly and reliably across the GCC.
1. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the following countries:
Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)
- Saudi Arabia
- United Arab Emirates
- Qatar
- Kuwait
- Bahrain
- Oman
North America (NA)
- United States
- Canada
- Mexico
We may expand shipping destinations in the future at our discretion.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing includes:
- Order verification
- Product preparation
- Packaging
- Shipment dispatch
Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, or promotional periods may require additional processing time.
3. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
GCC Countries
- 1–3 business days
North America
- 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery destination
- Order size and weight
- Shipping method selected
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside Saudi Arabia, customers are responsible for:
- Complying with local import regulations
- Paying any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees
- Providing any documentation required by customs authorities
Kora Culture is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Kora Culture is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect addresses
- Failed deliveries due to incomplete information
- Additional shipping costs resulting from address errors
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
7. Risk of Loss
Ownership and responsibility for the order transfer to the customer once the shipment has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
While we will do our best to assist with delivery issues, Kora Culture is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring after the carrier has taken possession of the shipment.
8. Delivery Issues & Claims
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and supporting photos.
Claims submitted after this period may not qualify for replacement, exchange, or refund.
9. Force Majeure
Kora Culture shall not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather
- Customs delays
- Transportation disruptions
- Government actions
- Carrier service interruptions
- Public emergencies
